KAYAK SKILLS CLINICS...at the pool!

Rolling Clinic

Come out and learn to roll or get some pointers in developing it to be solid and reliable. If you have never had formal instruction, it is way more effective to learn from a person than from videos. This is a small group session with one-on-one help, too. Bring your playboat, sea kayak or decked rec boat and play with some new friends! The session will focus on rolling techniques, but may review T-rescues as well.

Basic kayaking skills are pre-requisite, including comfort with wet exits and a willingness to be underwater.

Date: Sunday, November 19, 2017

*We must meet our minimum participants by November 4th, so don't hesitate!

Time: 4-6pm

Location: Earl Mah Aquatic Center, shallow end of main pool

Cost: $45 per person

Equipment: BYOBoat, paddle, PFD (+ paddle float, tow line, pump for sea kayaks) *If you do not have a PFD, contact us about renting one (PFD $20)
